Well, you could simplify things couldnt you? I mean as you said I don't think at the moment someone with the high requirments you mentioned is available so why not just leave it as is. Logs & Ratings, Ratings are based on logs right?
Arcade can do the log evaluation and eddy could just walk arround the channels and look how full are the bots and if the website is working etcetcetc. Oh and someone could just do the channel registration into BTC. Its not that complicated you dont really need a subject coordinator.
