Objectives/Description:

• Access rights administration for #botlending members & its guests.
• Definition/implementation/supervision of irc-etiquette & rules on #botlending.
• Creation of a support (helpers) team which will host/guide/help the new botlending members and its guests; which, also, will help in TCL programing, eggdrop settings/questions, info on botlending & its members.

Methodology:

In this subproject will be involved foremost the members of channels parteners & any IRC user wishing to help (the member list is available below). The rules & the team are defined in the 1st part of SubBproject & the 2nd part will comprise everyday routine on #botlending - helping,i nforming, order etc etc.

Stipulations:

• For coordinators: Medium availability 2 hours/day online, advanced experience in IRC & communication
• For Members: Medium availability 2 hour/day online, advanced IRC & communication (TCL scripting knowledge, mirc scripting & eggdrop/emech skills would be valued & any other experience that might be usefull)

Rules:

• irc-etichet & rules
  • no swearing
  • no ban/kick to anyone with op/voice access (unless they break the rules)
  • no ban/kick for personal reasons, ban/kick only for flood & public offence on channel
  • no publicity, exception for member & pending channels
• accesses
  • voice is reserved for all members of any #botlending SubProiect & for 2 admins per pending channel
  • op is reseved for 1 BOT per member channel (no global accesses on BOT are allowed).
  • owner is reseved for 2 admins per member channel
  • for the moment no op/owner access is given
• non-abuse
  • NOBODY can voice/op, everyone who must be voiced/opped - has already the access
  • NOBODY can give access or remuser, exception for SubProiect '#Botlending on IRC' Coordinator
  • NOBODY can change the topic, exception for SubProiects '#Botlending on IRC' & 'Trusted Channels Benchmarking' Coordinators

  • Any voice/op OBLIGATORY will assume these rules
  • No permident for any BOT
  • Nobody can op/voice anybody
  • Voice access or higher may be given only after a test period of time, having proved with real results the attitude vs botlending projects
  • The representatives of the channels have to make a continuous update to the forum at INFO
