new commands: host, userset, userinfo, modes & autoclean
new user settings: reporting, antihack, permident, info, url, mail & invisible
new user flags: global A, R, I & local l, r, y, z
new channels settings: secure & ban-reason
replaced commands:
- resethosts/addhost/delhost by host
- antihack/permident/infoline by userset/userinfo
- autocleanuserlist/autocleanchanlist by autoclean
- resetmodes/clearmodes by modes
updated commands: op, deop, voice, devoice, xdevoice, xvoice, xdeop, xop, join, newhandle, chhandle, list, unban, suspend, ignore, version & chaninfo
some internal improvements & optimizations.
