Botlending Leagues

Implementation based on the botlending members' vote from 29.01.2005 Botlending Leagues.

The principle of Botlending Leagues has been implemented in order to differentiate the botlending member channels after 2 important criteria: the implication level in botlending projects & the botlending services performance level.

This principle of channel's classification has more purposes

• Each botlending member can selects a league according to its own priorities, more implication in botledning projects for the superior leagues & less or zero for inferior leagues. A channel will be rejected only if an abuse has been made (take etc) or the lack of botlending activity.
• The power of decision within the framework of the botlending members will be directly proportional with the hierarchic level in Botlending Leagues, the deposed effort as part of botlending & the durable/stable performance of the botlending services. (for examaple the channels from the superior league have the right to 2 representatives with the right to vote, 1st league 1 person, etc etc)
• Another purpose is to incite the botlending members to integrate botlending projects & to perform durable & stable botlending services.
• Botlending Leagues presents, at the same time a botlending channels' rating, conforming to the principles mentioned above.

This leagues differentiation is presumed to be non-descriminatory. There won't be any difference between the channels according to the right of accessing the botlending database, of laying out an opinion, fair attitude in the framework of botlending & the rest of granted facilities for the botlending channels. The difference will be in the power of decision as part of the botlending votes & the op/voice status on botlending.

Leagues list:

• Elite/Superior league - full implication* in botlending projects & impecable/excelent performance of botlending services**
  • 2 reprezentatives with the right to vote
  • the right of a MOTIVATED veto vote, through which you can cancel a certain decision/vote. The veto right can be applied only once a month and only on one decision/vote.
  • the right to propose any question/sugestion to be voted with any subject relad to botlending (one question/sugestion per month)
• 1st league - medium implication* in botlending projects OR impecable/excelent performance of botlending services**
  • 1 reprezentative with the right to vote
  • the right to propose any question/sugestion to be voted with any subject relad to botlending (one question/sugestion per month)
• 2nd league - minimun implication* in botlending projects OR medium performance of botlending services**
• 3rd league - zero implication in botlending projects & stable performance of botlending services.
• 4th league - initial league where all subscribed channels start after a period of checking (of 2 weeks) the stability in time.

* The level if implication is calculated conforming to Botlending Points.
** The level of performance of botlending services is calculated conforming to Botlending Ratings.

The qualifications from a league into another can be made only when a botlending audit is held, according to the botlending members vote.

Implementat in baza votului membrilor botlending din 29.01.2005 Botlending Leagues.

Principiul Botlending Leagues a fost implementat pentru a deosebi canalele membre botlending dupa 2 criterii importante: nivelul de implicare in proiectele botlending & nivelul serviciilor botlending prestate.

Clasificarea canalelor conform acestui principiu are mai multe scopuri

• Fiecare membru botlending isi alege liga conform propriilor prioritati, cine va dori sa faca parte din ligile superioare va depune un anumit efort, cine are alte priorirati va fi in ligile inferioare. Reject va fi numai din motive de abuz (take etc etc) sau lipsa de activitate botlending.
• Puterea de decizie in cadrul botlending a membrilor va fi direct proporitonala nivelului ierarhic in Botlending Leagues, respectiv efortului depus in cadrul botlending & durabiliatea/stabilitatea serviciilor botlending prestate. (de exemplu canalele din liga superioara au dreptul la 2 reprezentanti cu drept de vot, prima liga 1 persoana, etc etc)
• Un alt scop este de a incita membrii botlending de a integra proiectele botlending & de a presta servicii botlending durabile & stabile
• Botlending Leagues in acelas timp prezinta un rating a canalelor, conform principiilor mentionate mai sus. Acest rating va orienta utilizatorii finali in alegerea canalului unde sa ceara boti.

Aceasta defirentiere conform ligilor se presupune a fi non-descriminatorie. Nu va fi nici o diferenta intre canale la dreptul de acces la baza de date botlending, de a-si expune opinia, atitudine echitabila in cadrul botlending & restul facilitati acordate canalelor botlending. Difirenta va fi in puterea de decizie in cadrul voturilor botlending & statul op/voice pe botlending.

Lista ligilor:

• Elite/Superior league - implicare deplina* in proiectele botlending & prestare de servicii botlending impecabila/excelenta**
  • 2 reprezentanti cu drept de vot
  • dreptul de veto MOTIVAT, prin care se poate anula o anumita decizie/vot. Dreptul de veto poate fi aplicat doar o singura data pe luna si la o singura decizie/vot
  • dreptul de a propune la vot orice intrebare/sugestie cu orice subiect ce tine de botlending (o intrebare/sugestie pe luna)
• 1st league - implicare medie* in proiectele botlending SAU prestare de servicii botlending impecabila/excelenta**
  • 1 reprezentant cu drept de vot
  • dreptul de a propune la vot o data pe luna orice intrebare/sugestie cu orice subiect ce tine de botlending
• 2nd league - implicare minima* in proiectele botlending SAU prestare de servicii botlending intermediara**.
• 3rd league - implicare zero in proiectele botlending & prestare de servicii botlending stabile**.
• 4th league - liga initiala in care incepe orice canal botlending dupa o perioada de verificare (de 2-4 saptamani) a stabilitatii in timp & prestarii de servicii botlending.

** Nivelul de prestare a serviciilor este calculat conform Botlending Ratings.

Calficarile din o liga in alta pot fi efectuate numai in cadrul auditului botlending in urma votului membmrilor botlending.
